Executive Chairman

Co-Founder and Executive Chairman with over 24 years of entrepreneurial experience in developing, financing and launching leading brands and technologies in medical device, biologics, healthcare information and regenerative medicine. Advisor to several non-profits, funds, board member of the Orthopaedic Research Foundation, and co-founder of Purim Ventures, a healthcare venture development firm.

Dr. Kevin Foley
Board Member

Current President and Director of Complex Spine Surgery of Semmes-Murphey Neurologic & Spine Institute, Director of the Spine Fellowship Program for the University of Tennessee Department of Neurosurgery, and Medical Director for the Medical Education & Research Institute. He has over 150 patents to his credit, has authored 20 book chapters and more than 80 journal publications. He has lectured at more than 200 scientific meetings and educational workshops and has been a visiting professor and invited lecturer at several universities in the US and abroad.

Former hospital CEO and senior executive with over 30 years of progressive financial management, strategic planning and operational experience in the healthcare industry, has been involved with financial feasibility studies, joint venture planning and execution, physician hospital development, physician/hospital integration and relationships, process improvement, physician practice management, and enterprise level strategic and operational planning, former CEO of OrthoIndy, the Indiana Orthopaedic Hospital, and Orthopaedics Indianapolis, the largest private, full-service orthopaedic practice in the Midwestern U.S.

Advisor to distinguished members of St. Kitts & Nevis government, as well as several non-profit organizations. In 2019, Mr. Crooke was awarded the distinguished honor of being appointed by the Queen of England as an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) for his contributions to commerce and business development in the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis.

Dr. Jean-Pierre Mobasser
Board Member

Current President of Goodman Campbell Brain & Spine specializing in image-guided spinal navigation and minimally invasive spine surgery, has lectured all over the world on these subjects, and is the team neurosurgeon for the Indiana Pacers and serves as an unaffiliated neurotrauma consultant to the NFL.

Dr. Theodore Hanley
Medical Director

As a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist with over 25 years of experience at leading hospitals across New York City and most recently as Medical Director of Anesthesia Services at Memorial Hospital Jacksonville, Florida, Dr. Hanley has achieved a unique perspective in healthcare management. He has developed and executed policies for success in the healthcare arena and believes in creating a culture which promotes individual development by fostering innovation and rewarding success.

As Chief of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center in New York City, Dr. Hanley managed the day-to-day operations of anesthesiology and the perioperative surgical enterprise. He also had financial responsibilities and had an active role as Chair for major hospital committees, such as Operating Room Committee, Anesthesia Operative and Invasive Procedures Committee, Pain Management Committee, as well as the Executive Sponsor of the Perioperative Value Stream Steering Committee. Dr. Hanley has used Lean Methodology and Breakthrough to solve problems that ensure efficient patient flow and improve access in Perioperative Services. He also served as the Co-Chairman of the Anesthesiology Council for New York City Health and Hospitals. During his tenure they advanced universal credentialing for anesthesia and standardization of the anesthesia consent for General MAC and Regional Anesthesia.

Previously as Chief of Anesthesiology at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York City, Dr. Hanley handled the operations for all perioperative services and provided anesthesia services of over 7,000 cases a year. These cases included Level 1 Trauma Neurosurgery, Pediatric Surgery, General Orthopedic and Plastic Surgery and an active Ambulatory Surgery Program. He was also active on all major hospital committees, including the Medical Board, Executive Quality Assurance Committee, and Credentialing Committee.

Using creative, strategic thinking, Dr. Hanley founded and ran River East Anesthesia Practice, a successful anesthesia and pain management group. By offering state-of-the art technology and the latest in diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, River East provided full anesthesia coverage to two major health care facilities, including North General Hospital and Manhattan Psychiatric Center. Under his leadership, River East Anesthesia Practice improved the quality of anesthesia care, reducing the morbidity/mortality and cancellation rate at North General Hospital, where he served as President of the Medical Staff, Chair of the Executive Committee, the Credentials Committee and the Bylaws Committee.

In all of his positions, Dr. Hanley’s goal has been to apply innovation and strategy to create leading-edge healthcare coverage and delivery. He has developed and implemented strategic plans that are consistent with Integrated Health Management initiatives and worked collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve the business goals of his organization and their affiliates. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Dr. Hanley has established strong, reliable relationships in the profession and garnered a reputation for effectively working with all departments. Dr. Hanley was born in St. Kitts is a dual citizen and maintains his license to practice medicine in the U.S. and the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis.

Mary Miller Sallah
Chief Operating Officer

UNC Chapel Hill and Duke University Medical Center trained, over 15 years of healthcare management experience in over 30 international markets. An expert in international accreditation, change management, and the implementation of quality systems and international standards. Mrs. Miller Sallah has also served as the Director of Education for the Medical Tourism Association® and served on the inaugural team that launched the Global Healthcare Accreditation® (GHA) Program, the first independent, international accreditation body focused on medical travel services. Extensive working experience throughout the Caribbean.

Bill Mitchell
Vice President, Real Estate Development

Over 30 years of business experience in more than 50 ventures as a principal. His strengths include team building, assessing risk, raising and investing capital. Bill is also the owner of a commercial real estate firm located outside of San Francisco and is the co-founder of a successful Bay Area business incubator, Vocari Business HUB.

Jenna Salle
Executive Director, Waters Anchor Foundation

Over 25 years of experience working in US clinical research both in human and animal testing, Phase I – IV FDA clinical trials in areas covering pharmaceutical, medical and biologics. As a certified Institutional Review Board (IRB) professional, ran 3 IRBs for a major Catholic hospital system, and is a recognized leader in regulatory, bioethics and compliance. As executive director for a major orthopedic research foundation, she led a team focused on investigator-initiated trials, outcomes studies, industry sponsored clinical trials, peer reviewed publications and fellowship programs. Additional experience includes working at a Clinical Research Organization and developing a leading physician fellowship program in sports medicine.
