Waters Anchor offers one-on-one individualized treatment inside our 1,200 square foot state-of-the-art physical therapy clinic. Your physical therapist will work with you to implement the most clinically effective plan of care. Our goal is to help you return to your desired level of function and to educate you about injury prevention and wellness. This approach allows the clinicians to successfully treat complex impairments resulting from injuries, chronic conditions, and diseases – even those that have previously been treated without improvement.
Rehabilitation & Sports Performance is located inside Waters Anchor Center for Health and Wellness and features a spacious, light-filled environment. We offer the latest rehabilitation equipment and technologies.

In addition to your treatment in the clinic, you will receive a home exercise program to continue your progress and optimize your results.
